Thanks to our drones and our various sensors, our telepilots are capable of recovering digital data.
With these data our production team makes 3D models, as well as 360° visualisation, using the photogrammetry.
The production of digital twins enables companies to have access to an overview of their site without having to be physically there and allows them to tag equipment linked to their CAMM (Computer Aided Maintenance Management).
The digital twins can be updated following changes to the site. It is therefore also possible to compare model histories.
3D Modelling
ROAV7 makes models at 3 dimensions from industrial sites, from structures and equipment.
The data recovered are processed and analysed in order to create a point cloud.
Le point cloud is created once the aligned photos thanks to search for points similar in order to reposition the photos in space to achieve the desired result.
These similarities between the images are then interpreted by three dimensions.
ROAV7 makes 3D models to make measuring, view a deformation structure, obtain a digital twin for the purposes of monitoring maintenance, HSE training, shutdown preparation, etc.
VIRTUAL VISIT
ROAV7 operates on industrial sites with a need for virtual visit of their site. Visit digital twin allows companies to have their site at their fingertips without having to physically visit the site.
