The ROAV7’s team
The CEO:
Former Supélec engineer, Paul Clais took part in developing many entrepreneurial projects in Africa and the Middle-East related to new technologies and telecommunication. In 2016, in Congo, he started to be interested in UAV technology with which, equipped with thermal cameras, we can inspect the offshore Oil & Gas sector. Co-founder and the CEO of ROAV7, Paul Clais develops the tools and processes for data processing and photogrammetry. The latter enables us to produce orthography and 3D models with a high-accuracy for our clients.
Sales manager:
Former Sciences-Po and ESCP student, Grégoire Grandjean joined the ROAV7’s team after being the Export manager for a huge naval group and consultant in international business development. He is responsible for increasing the sales for missions in France and Africa.
Operation manager:
Guillaume de Bonnières is a former engineering student from ESPCI (Paris Science School), ENSPM (Oil and Motors School) and Colorado School of Mines in the USA. Before joining ROAV7, he worked and advanced his career in a big Oil & Gas group as international project engineer, international operation and business development engineer. He plans and manages operations while checking their total safety. He acknowledges us about the industrial sector, difficult environments and essential safety processes for the UAV missions for data acquisition.
Marketing and business developer manager:
Andréane Ferreira joined ROAV7 after being graduated from the Normandy Business School and previous marketing and sales experiences in France and abroad. She increases the sales for UAV inspections in France and internationally. She is also responsible for the communication and marketing department in ROAV7.
R&D manager:
Ludovic Petit got the PhD level in Science at Aix-Marseille University. Expert in mechatronics and signal processing, he joined the ROAV7’s team after an experience as project manager in a big French industrial and aeronautical group. Within ROAV7, he is in charge of developing the company’s R&D to implement an automated tool for anomalies detection on industrial facilities.
R&D developer:
Sophie Ramassamy is a computer engineer, graduated from ENSICAEN School and specialized in data processing and AI. During her final year, she pursued a double diploma in Imaging and Multimedia Data. She joined ROAV7 following her final year internship with us. Nowadays, she takes part in developing the R&D program and producing different deliverables for our clients.
Administrative manager :
Charline Onfroy joined the ROAV7’s team after working for 4 years as Office Manager in a startup. Thanks to her experience in administrative management, in operational and strategical council, in accountability and in human resources, Charline is from now the administrative manager for ROAV7. She assists the company’s board and all the team. She is the major representative for your financial and administrative questions and requests.
