Job title: Cybersecurity Engineer

Position within the company: Reporting to the R&D Manager

Context

The company ROAV7 is looking to recruit a backend development engineerwith skills in web development and in network architectureWe're looking for a Project Manager, who will be part of a project team to develop a customer-focused website. His or her main task will be to architect the site, structure the various pages by securing access and set up the file management architecture.

With over 5 years' experience in Congo and Angola, ROAV7 is targeting customers and partnerships in oil-producing countries from the Gulf of Guinea to South Africa and Northern Europe. You will work directly in the R&D team and will have a wide range of resources and responsibilities to help develop the start-up.

Duties and responsibilities

Priority tasks

● Definition of functional and technical specifications;

● Technological watch on the choice of server and data hosting solutions enabling data to be viewed;

● Preparing the development: creating the graphic charter, site mock-ups, class diagrams, conceptual and logical data models, etc;

● Implementation of the website pages, the links between them and allowing simple addition of ancillary bricks;

● Development of the product architecture

● Site security: segregation of access, data security, server security.

Secondary tasks

● Ensuring compliance with the RGPD;

● Identification of the characteristics of the site to be set up to comply with the ISO 27 001 standard;

● Maintenance of the deployment server;

● Setting up CI/CD systems for development;

● Code review on features or bug fixes carried out by other contributors.

Terms and conditions

Working conditions :

● Shift work with hours defined in the employment contract;

● Face-to-face work at the company's head office;

● Belonging to the R&D division;

● Provision of a laptop computer.

Skills required:

● Bac +3 and abovediploma in IT with a focus on web development;

● Knowledge and ability to set up APIs and use them;

● Knowledge and ability to use databases SQL;

● Experience in web development (Javascript and/or Typescript, HTML and CSS) with React and Node.js;

● Knowledge of cybersecurity, network architecture and remote server management will be a plus for the application.

● Knowledge of ISO 27 001 and RGPD regulations is appreciated;

● Ability to adapt, work independently and master new tools;

● Curious about new cultures, new technologies and able to make suggestions;

● Knowledge of collaborative tools, Git, Slack and Google Drive would be appreciated.
