ROAV7, leader in drone services in the field of industrial data, is looking for an Administrative and Financial Manager (RAF) M/F to join its dynamic and expanding team.
Reporting directly to the president of the company, you will be at the heart of the company's strategic and operational decisions and you will participate in their implementation. You ensure the operation of the administrative center service to guarantee financial performance, accounting compliance, administrative compliance and human resources management.
You will also have to ensure and manage financial relations with the majority shareholder group.
Context :
As part of the company's development, we are looking for a RAF to carry out the functions of the administrative manager during her maternity leave while working with the administrative and financial director to take over a large part of her activities.
The size of the administrative center requires its staff to demonstrate versatility, flexibility and adaptability. It is currently composed of:
- a transitional DAF;
- an administrative and HR manager;
- an administrative and accounting assistant;
- of an HR assistant on an apprenticeship contract.
Job description:
Management:
- Organize and distribute the team's tasks (accounting, finance, administration, HR, information system);
- Define objectives, evaluate performance and support the development of employee skills;
- Guarantee legal, tax and regulatory compliance of processes;
- Coordinate cross-functional projects (formalization of good practices, updating of the accounting framework, improvement of IT tools).
Accounting and financial monitoring:
- Define the financial policy, in particular the credit policy (receivables recovery), monitor compliance with legal and internal accounting rules;
- Monitor cash flows, analyze deviations from forecasts, update cash flow forecasts;
- Supervise the collection and disbursement processes, develop investment financing plans;
- Manage real estate and movable assets, ensure relations with banks;
- Manage service performance via dashboards, indicators and forecast budgets;
- Participate in the preparation of accounting statements, account closings and tax declarations;
- Supervise financial information and its communication to external partners and the shareholder;
- Participate in the preparation of grant files, particularly on the administrative part;
- Member of the CODIR (Management Committee).
Coordination of administrative tasks:
- Ensure relations with the tax administration and experts (lawyers, auditors, accountants, auditors);
- Supervise the management of general services (health, safety, new works, insurance, supplies, service provider contracts);
- Ensure interim HR management: payroll, HR indicators, recruitment, training, annual interviews, absences, employment contracts, social declarations, internal and external communication;
Management: advice and technical support:
- Monitor the WCR and the forecast budget;
- Develop strategic recommendations for management and operational advice for managers;
- Conduct one-off cost analysis and internal audit missions;
- Carry out precise reporting with key performance indicators;
- Implement effective management control.
Candidate profile:
Skills and knowledge
- Good knowledge of the company, its businesses, its culture and the operation of all services;
- Good knowledge of management control and audit, taxation, labor and business law;
- Good knowledge of the company's information system;
- Mastery of office tools as well as ideally BI (Business Intelligence) tools;
- legal knowledge of corporate law and contract law;
- Experience working with modern tools (Google Suite, Slack, etc.).
